Leslie Being is the pen name of Leslie Courtney Adler — visual artist, meditation teacher, and first-time children's book author. A mid-career artist based in the New York Metro area, Leslie's creative life spans drawing, printmaking, painting, and now storytelling. She holds a B.S. in Advertising and Design and a Master of Fine Arts.
Leslie's work lives at the meeting point of creativity, presence, storytelling, and awakening. As a fine artist and meditation teacher, she has spent years studying how attention shapes experience—how the simple act of noticing can transform an ordinary moment into something luminous.

Jason Doll, is an accomplished animator and illustrator. Blending character expression, movement, and wit, Jason brings a distinctive style to his children’s book illustrations.
